Long distance running is gaining in popularity across the country, with more and more runners competing in marathons or half-marathon events. KSJD's Tom Yoder talks with Annette Mullikin and Duff Simbeck,  members of the organizing committee for the upcoming Mancos Half Marathon and 5K race, about their own experiences with distance running, advice for beginning runners, and what to expect at the Mancos races.
