As the Trump Administration and the Republican-controlled U.S. congress discuss their plans to repeal the Affordable Care Act, (also known as Obamacare) many of the changes--and their potential impacts-- remain unknown. But according to Southwest Health System CEO Kent Rogers, cuts to the ACA’s Medicaid expansion or an all-out repeal of the bill with no replacement could create serious challenges. Rogers sat down with KSJD's Austin Cope to talk more.
