Earlier this month, Utah Governor Gary Herbert signeda measure urging President Donald Trump to try to overturn the Bears Ears National Monument designation. Last week, the outdoor industry fired back. Some gear and clothing companies, including Patagonia, announced boycotts of the Outdoor Retailers trade show in Salt Lake City. Cortez-based Osprey Packs has decided not to boycott the show, but it does oppose the Utah legislature's measure.
