Fat Tuesday is the culmination of feasting and excess during Mardi Gras, and in some places includes a tradition of eating pancakes. KSJD's Tom Yoder talks with Leigh Waggoner, the Rector at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Cortez, and Judy Schuenemeyer, who is a parishioner at the church, about the history of Mardi Gras and why they hold a pancake supper as part of their festivities.
