Hatch Chilies Grown In Mexico?

An article about Hatch chilies being grown in Mexico, rather than in the Hatch, New Mexico area, led Jeff and Bob into a discussion about the impact that more strict immigration regulations may have on agricultural production in the U.S.  Who will milk the cows and harvest the vegetables and fruit if we don't develop a system for allowing people from other countries to legally come in to do the work that our own citizens don't want to do?
