The Bureau of Land Management in Monticello, Utah, has approved a 6-mile, 5-foot-wide ATV trail in the Indian Creek area near Canyonlands National Park.
The agency okayed the trail in 2015, but that decision was appealed. The BLM has since revised its environmental assessment.
